The Reserves at Dakota Crossing

The Reserves at Dakota Crossing is an apartment community located in Washington, DC. The colors orange and blue were used to tie the community in with the overall Dakota Crossing brand, while white and gray were used to keep it clean and modern. To evoke the urban setting, a chainlink-type pattern was created from the DC logo and bold lifestyle images were utilized for impact.
